We spend more time preparing for a week's vacation than we do for our own death.
The time to prepare for the issues of aging, illness and death is now.
Join others in a relaxed, informal group and learn ways to deal with theses inescapable issues in our lives. We'll be using discussion, journaling, meditation and visualization along with the powerful support of group sharing. All are welcome.
