Join us at the foot of Mt. Shasta

for a long weekend retreat with others seeking wholeness

and an inner healing journey.

Together we will learn how simple it can be to
turn inward and discover the peace and wisdom within.

“From the very first day this program was a deeply inspiring, soul-nurturing,
healing experience of body, mind & spirit for me.”
